THE PROJECT
flowers is a project tenured to the worst of emotional breakdowns. Throughout the creation of the project, I couldn’t tell that I was subconsciously putting myself down a rabbit hole, and feeding the negative emotions I was experiencing. After finishing “folgers”, it was clear to me that I was creating something that brought out my biggest distrust, my own sadness, and from this point on - flowers was created, and is my first achievement in this industry.

flowers was released in April of 2020, while the single DIE IN YOUR ARMS was released in January of the same year. flowers is JOSHIEPUW’s third project, and first EP. This project was originally not something sought out to be created, but created itself subconsciously after the release of DIE IN YOUR ARMS - with similar sounds and atmospheres.

DIE IN YOUR ARMS
DIE IN YOUR ARMS is the most popular track released by JOSHIEPUW, and is the main force of flowers. This track speaks upon how hard it is to find yourself within a relationship. People do things to make their significant other feel special, while forgetting who they really are during the process. I felt like I belonged under this category, and it was time for me to learn my shit.
Lost (feat. 2Scarze)
Lost could be the best production JOSHIEPUW has ever released. It’s got a dope grunge-esk element throughout, with a hint of pop punk. Shoutout to 2Scarze for hopping on the entire track!
